I would love to share my story. move recently had a stillbirth at 23 weeks. My due date was supposed to be October 21st, but my baby was born sleeping on June 24th. The devastation was incredibly strong as she was our first baby. We had been trying to conceive for over a year with no luck. Finally we got our precious big positive. Unfortunately, our sweet baby didn’t make it full-term. Both violet and I were healthy my entire time pregnant. It was a strange accident that cost my baby her life and a heartache to my husband and I. During pregnancy, the baby produces a jelly substance called (Wharton’s Jelly), this helps the umbilical cord be strong and doesn’t affect the baby’s movement. Violet on the other hand didn’t produce enough, so when she started moving a lot her umbilical cord kept twisting until there was no more oxygen or nutrients passing to my sweet baby girl. This caused the unfortunate event of losing our baby a week shy of 6 months. We are still grieving the loss of our sweet sleeping beauty, but i thought I‘d share my story for the mommas who to have lost a baby due to stillbirth. You’re not alone. 🦋🥺💜
