Experiencing Discomfort During Pregnancy?

You Don’t Have to Just “Wait It Out.”

Our studio offers a first-of-its-kind service in the area:
Maternal Assessment + Alignment Sessions

Designed to: relieve pain, optimize baby’s position and help you feel confident as you prepare for birth.

We’re Here for You If You’re Experiencing:

  • Pubic or SI joint pain

  • Hip, back, or pelvic pain

  • Sciatica or lower back discomfort

  • “Pendulous” belly or feeling like baby is not engaged

  • Prodromal labor or inconsistent contractions

  • Emotional tension held in the hips or jaw

  • Long or stalled early labor

  • You’re trying to avoid an unnecessary induction

  • You want to avoid back labor

  • Baby is not engaging or in Optimal Position

  • You’re in early labor with no progression

  • You want to feel what aligned and supported actually feels like

“I came in with pain so bad I was limping. We found out baby was pressing on my sacrum. After my assessment I could walk again and baby was born the same week, naturally.”

“My water had broken, but nothing was happening. My midwife made me feel like I would need to go in and be induced within a certain timeframe and I was stressed. But Brittney calmed me down and grounded me. After one session, contractions picked up within hours. I avoided Pitocin and gave birth the next morning.”

Personalized Plan

You may be prescribed mobility work, stabilization, or a blend of both, with sessions scheduled based on your needs and goals. Many mamas find relief even after the very first visit

Maternal Alignment Assesment

This in-depth session is for expecting mothers seeking relief from pregnancy discomfort, support for fetal positioning, or guidance for preparing their body for labor.

We begin by reviewing your personalized assessment form, listening to your unique story, and identifying the primary areas of discomfort, restriction, or tension, whether physical, emotional, or both.

Then, we perform a gentle hands-on alignment assessment, evaluating pelvic symmetry, fascial tension, core stability, and movement patterns.

Maternal Alignment Session

Personalized Movement Prescription

You'll be given a custom training plan based on your body’s specific needs, which may include:

✅ D-Movement Protocol (for mobility, fetal positioning & fascia release)

✅ I-Stabilization Program (for pelvic integrity, pain relief & hormonal support)

✅ Or a blend of both

Session Frequency & Duration
Every client is unique. Based on your assessment, you’ll be prescribed a training plan with a recommended number of follow-up sessions, as well as guidance on how long each at-home practice session should take.
